Last year, we shared the exciting development of Northumberland Wildlife Trust and Restoring Ratty re-introducing water voles back into Kielder, where they had been absent since 1990.

We followed the trails and shared the exciting news on our blog of evidence, not only of water voles but Otters too at Calvert Kielder.

Northumberland Wildlife Trust has a brilliant YouTube page that follows the progression of capturing the Water Voles and then their release into Kielder.
